Your health and safety is our top priority during our gatherings. During the COVID-19 pandemic crisis, your participation and adherence to our service protocols ensure a safe worship experience.

Should I attend Service?

We encourage you to be aware of COVID-19 symptoms:

      • Fever

      • Dry cough

      • Shortness of breath

      • Sudden loss of taste/smell

If any of the following apply, we ask that you enjoy our digital LIVE worship experiences via Facebook and www.bolmlv.org:

      • If you are showing any of the aforementioned symptoms (dry cough, fever, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, etc.)

      • If you have recently tested positive for Covid-19, been exposed to COVID-19 people within the last 30 days

      • If you are awaiting COVID-19 test results

      • If you have a compromised immune system (hypertension, diabetic, asthmatic and particularly, the elderly)

      • If you have children under 10 years of age and younger who are unable to sit through our worship service

Before-Service Protocol

Arrival: We request that physical distancing is practiced by keeping a 6 ft. distance between attendees from the parking lot to check-in at the front door.

Arrival Interview: ALL members and guests will be interviewed and required to complete and sign a Bread of Life Pandemic Consent Form. Interview questions will include:

      • Have you been in contact with anyone infected by COVID-19 within the last month?

      • Have you been out of the state in the past two weeks?

      • Are you feeling ill or experiencing any flu-like symptoms, or common COVID-19 symptoms?

Temperature Check: ALL attendees temperature is taken at the door before entrance. If attendee(s) presents a temperature above 100 degrees, the person(s) will not be allowed to attend service.

Before-Service Protective Measures:

      • Hands are sanitized with hand sanitizer that contains 70% alcohol.

      • All persons entering the building ARE MANDATED to wear a mask, if you do not have one, one will be provided.

      • MASKS ARE REQUIRED TO BE WORN THROUGHOUT THE SERVICE.

During-Service Protocol

Seating: Attendees are directed to seats and will be socially distanced at 6ft apart.

Group Seating: Household (group) seating will be separated from single seats and other groups using proper physical distancing. “Household groups” refer to individuals who live together in the same household. Families and individuals who do not live in the same household are encouraged to not sit together.

Children, Tween, & Youth Gatherings: CHILDREN, TWEEN & YOUTH MINISTRY IS PROHIBITED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

Sanitation:

      • Hand sanitizer is available and will be applied upon arrival and before departure at a minimum. Signs are displayed to encourage the use of hand sanitizer

      • Restroom: Those who utilize the restroom facilities are expected to wash hands with soap for at least 20 seconds.

Hugging, Handshaking, and Conversation:

      • To maintain social distancing guidelines, Bread of Life Ministries strongly advises against hugging and handshaking.

      • ALL attendees are required to wear masks (covering mouth and nose) when conversing with each other.

Communion: Communion will be celebrated at regular times. Attendees will be directed to a central table to collect their communion elements as directed.

After-Service Protocol

ALL visitors and members are REQUIRED to exit the sanctuary as quickly as possible to ensure that facilities will be cleaned, disinfected and sanitized before and after every service. This includes the Main Sanctuary, Lobby, Restrooms and musical equipment. There will be no entrance into the building during sanitization and cleaning:

      1. Every chair in the main sanctuary will be treated with disinfectant.

      2. Musical equipment and all microphones will be disinfected.

      3. Disinfectant will be used to mop restroom floors and all floor areas.

      4. Disinfectant gel will be used to clean toilets.

      5. All doors will be sprayed down with disinfectant, including entrance and exit to the building.

      6. Bathroom stalls will be thoroughly cleaned.
